Q. Can you send me catalog?

A. Currently we do not mail printed catalogs. This website contains all the products we have for sale.

Q. Do you offer volume discounts?

A. All orders over $250 receive an automatic discount of 5%.  All orders over $1000 receive an automatic discount of 10%.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. As you navigate through our site, you can click on different items that interest you with or without the intention of buying them.

Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.  Be sure to add any coupons you may have after the first item.

Next, click on the CHECKOUT button to complete the order.

You must fill out all the required fields on the order form for it to be processed.

Click on next and enter you payment information.

Shortly after completing your order you will receive an email verifying the quantity of each item ordered, total purchase amount and address where the order will be shipped.

If there are any mistakes in this confirmation please email us back immediately to correct them before the order is shipped.

If there are items that you are interested in that do not have an "add to cart" button, please email us with the item number and we will email you as soon as the item arrives.

Q. I placed an order but my shopping cart didn't show it.
A. Our shopping cart software sends cookies so that it can remember and greet you when you come back to shop again. This usually happens when the cookies option is turned off in your browser settings. Please turn cookie acceptance on, close your browser and reopen it again and that should take care of the problem.

Q. The shopping cart won't take my credit card.
A. First, make sure a valid credit card number is keyed in. Also, don't type any slashes, dashes, or spaces as you input the credit card number and expiration date. Make sure that the zip code in billing matches that where your credit card statement is mailed to. This is a security feature. If all of the above is correct you should have no problem proceeding.

Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?

. We usually ship within 2-4 business days of receiving your order with a confirmed payment. In the rare occasion that we don't have your desired item in stock, we will contact you and advise you of such.   Use the chart below to estimate how long it will take to receive your item once it has shipped.

Q. Where are you located and where do you ship from?

. South Carolina.

Q. Do you provide a gift wrap service?
A
. No, not at the moment.

Q. Do you wholesale to businesses and shops?
A. Our main business is wholesale.  That is why our pricing is so low.
